Printed Corporate stationery is not used as much now as in the past however this should not be overlooked for basic communication identification, letterheads, compliment slips and business cards. We should try and maintain some synergy between these in the form of logo and corporate colours.
Digital email signatures are also an integral part of the corporate id seeing that most communication nowadays is done through emailing we should keep the impression up with a recognizable e-Mail signature.
When designing digital letter heads we should avoid images or lines that run right across the page as these will be cutoff depending on the page setup. The images must be kept to the smallest size with the best quality possible.
When adding text with an unusual font this should be converted to an image otherwise the font will show up as a system font if that particular font is not installed on the viewers PC.
Business cards can come in all shapes and sizes, the more unique the better. With digital printing being the easiest method of printing cards we are limited in some extent to the paper we can use or special effects we can apply however the advantage of digital printing is that you now can print smaller quantities.
We are able to do the design of business cards and advise on printing companies to use but we don’t do the actual printing ourselves.
